A: 10 + years of troubleshooting Windows Platforms, O/S Migrations,
Anti-Virus Servers, WSUS Servers, Desktop Support, AIX Systems, and Network / LAN Analysis.
Q: How soon are you available?

A: For most issues and site surveys, usually within a couple days. For more extensive diagnostics and installations we try to schedule a weekend that is feasible for all parties.
Q: What is your hourly rate?

A: Our pricing depends on the service that is requested. Since the site surveys are free you will not be hit with hidden costs. And our pricing is very competitive.
Q: Do you sub-contract?

A: We are typically able to manage most issues that arise, but there are a few professionals that we will utilize if the project necessitates assistance.
Q: What are your guarantees?

A: That based on the proposals and agreement decided beforehand, you will be satisfied with the work that is performed before any payment is made.
